Yeah, I've already been screwed by this one time. One of my roommates was lazy and didn't want to go to school, so she literally took COVID tests until she tested positive, and even when I tested negative, I still had to go home and quarantine for 14 days

No not at all, actually I can't remember where, but in the Constitution, if both parties agree to a trial by combat(not referring to the election, just any trials in general), you are allowed to do it.

So the offendent, and defendant, as well as the Judge must all agree to a trial by combat.
