absolutely. it's an awful mental state. you aren't thinking of suicide or such (at least, I'm not), but it's the kind of pessimism that disable you to see joy. now it's just mentally occupied by brain with anything aside from "negative news". the isolation makes me it hard for me to "anchor" myself in reality, and it's some scary lonely stuff
