The unrestricted submarine warfare where he lied that there wasn't ammunition to support GB on the boat even though there was.
His actions screwed us into joining WW1 and later turmoil in the future.

I play a game called Hearts of Iron 4 which is a ww2 simulator and theres a mod called kaiserreich where the central powers won ww1 and britian and france become communist and america goes into civil war etc.
Why are they communist? Russia was weak in the war and they were the ones who fell back into Civil War.
The Soviets and the Civil War in general really fed Russia they were industrialzing really fast before they killed the most hard working people.
