bruh they dont seem to understand what separation between church and state is lol
lol
ikr
later in their argument
they say that trump is not separating church and state cuz of anti abortion
```
r. He therefore refused to acknowledge the valued separation of church and state for the sake of a broad generalization about Muslims being terrorists. Furthermore, the lack of separation between church and state can be explored through the angle of “pro-life,” a popular Christian movement in America that advocates for legislation banning abortions. Many conservative politicians have joined the movement, bringing these Christian ideals to American government, successfully passing anti-abortion legislation in many states. These laws, while signed rather democratically, have undemocratic undertones, continuing to erase the line between church and state, arguably one of the greatest strengths of our democracy. While the backbone of our nation is somewhat of a democracy, it is the way the game is played, the manipulation of the government through political schemes, that would concern a visitor to the United States, swaying them away from the belief that democracy lives on here.
```
Laws that the Church supports doesnt mean the church has governing power
```
As for your argument regarding "pro-life" being a predominantly Christian movement, I would challenge you to consider the notion that "pro-life" is merely an interpretation of when life begins, and not a religious phenomena. The government has a responsibility to protect a vulnerable subset of the population, and this interpretation brings to light a interpretation in which the fetus in the woman is a life.
```
that was my response lol
of course the church is composed of many people who are able to vote
