@RockmanJL yup and most of the time RGB would vote for gun control laws.... sorry but the constitution states "Shall not be infringed" which is pretty cut and dry.... basically it means I should be able to own any gun the military has and or uses

@RockmanJL well that one is a bit hazy because abortion wasn't even conceived as a notion back then... I think the only form of birth control was in china and it wasn't super effective because it was a powder you mixed in with tea... all it supposedly did was stop a woman from going through a monthly

the constitution gave no clear definition on what life is.... so that is WHY the abortion debate is still a thing :/

When a law does not define things, there are ways to determine a definition. The scientifically and criminally acknowledge definition includes babies. That's why when a pregnant woman is killed by a drunk driver, there is an increased sentence.

That being said, this is not my strong argument. This is Froshe's topic that she has mastered conversations on. I generally take on other issues.

yea... if a state makes abortion legal then they need to lift the added penalty of killing a pregnant woman

if the state/country has an increased penalty for something like that then they are admitting that the child inside the woman has rights before the child is born 🙂

I'd look into the case of Kermit Gosnell. That is what you run into with "private companies". Also, the movie Unplanned discusses the story of Abby Johnson, who is a huge pro-life advocate who used to work at a planned parenthood facility.
