@RockmanJL yup and most of the time RGB would vote for gun control laws.... sorry but the constitution states "Shall not be infringed" which is pretty cut and dry.... basically it means I should be able to own any gun the military has and or uses

@RockmanJL well that one is a bit hazy because abortion wasn't even conceived as a notion back then... I think the only form of birth control was in china and it wasn't super effective because it was a powder you mixed in with tea... all it supposedly did was stop a woman from going through a monthly

the constitution gave no clear definition on what life is.... so that is WHY the abortion debate is still a thing :/

When a law does not define things, there are ways to determine a definition. The scientifically and criminally acknowledge definition includes babies. That's why when a pregnant woman is killed by a drunk driver, there is an increased sentence.
