theres a difference between using a well known word, and speaking in another language that the mods arent able to understand and hold to the set of rules the entire server has to abide by

The spirit of the rule: English only. The reason for the rule: so mods don’t need to worry about translating every random word. The tolerance of the rule: zero. Please stop arguing about the “spirit of rules”. It is the easiest rule to follow.
