and socialism isn't government control
the huge flaw with all of these systems, is that it requires the state to implement and then give away the power
that never happens
Yes in socialism the government has control of economy
it's authoritarian but they don't control the means of production
It was invented to change a Capitalist nation into a Communist nation.
it's owned by the people
you get paid for what you produce
not by the hour
okay so
next question
Pretty sure the government does take control.
> why did venezeula, cuba, late soviet union and other countries fail with socialism
My guy look it up
why dont you tell us, Atari.. since this is feeling like a seminar
In socialism the government owns means of production
lol no
that's not what karl marx presented
Look ot up
Look it up
Whatre u guys talking abt
You know, the thing
Oh
Ok
lol
Look it up on Google
Hmmmm
the definition of socialism has been perverted
im going by the definition by karl marx
the dude who literally created the term socialism
Damn why are ppl perverting everything
Well that's today's term of socialism
yeah today's term of socialism doesn't work
i'll answer my own question about why venezuela, cuba and late soviet union failed i guess
they failed because they allowed private property
In order to have equal opportunity you have to have government control
after stalin went out of power, the next leaders allowed private property
that's when the fall of the soviet union happened
the same with venezuela and cuba, they're shit because they allowed private property, that's not socialism by karl marx's definition
For example free healthcare is socialist as the government controls it
