Honestly, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia and Poland need to be restored, and also Austro-Hungary.

In ww1 there were four independent Countries in the Centeal powers which were Germany Austria-Hungary Ottoman empire and Tsardom of Bulgaria

Germany in a sense should be drastically smaller, with Austria and France being much larger.
