@ninni._.burninni I have had a little experience with this sort of thing. Tell your Mom to focus on the voice that is the hardest & almost impossible to hear, that is giving the lottery numbers & she has to remember the numbers. It gives her something to focus on to hear something she wants to hear vs something she does not want to hear.
