WITH ZERO WAY OUT
now that i remember it the pistons must be timed
when rebuilding
Pistols and belts
however is mostly making sure everything fits, as the crankshaft calibrates that

i did a rebuild and we had to do tha
Does the crankshaft wear in the same way pistons do?
it does but damaging a crankshaft is rather difficult unless you abuse the car
it is rather changed in a rebuilt for ensuring original performance
Anyone else into ballet?

No bully
nice
i wish i could wrench
paid 240 euros for two tickets to a ballet show
@julian dances
Classic rendition of Sleeping Beauty
Cool
as friction and wear from the oil, which acts as a abrasive due to particles from the parts mixing with the oil
Transmissions freak me out, had a Honda pilot that the previous owner used as a restaurant truck in a city and the feeling of suddenly losing power on the highway is ass clenching.
Saw this
In 2014
>using a car as a food truck
rip
maintenance of those cars is usually abysmal
it is really worth it @Shrimpf ?

Not a food truck, a transportation truck. Probably hauled it full with veggies and meat every morning for years from the restaurant depot to the store.
Didn't tell me that but from the sheer state of the interior I guessed it. Didn't think it would be a problem though.
Ballet shows?
yes
If you love classic literature
This is basically people enacting it
@johnfrum if your car is working atm fine then there are no need to worries
Japanese cars are surprisingly durable
and can take a beating
I also like opera but ballet is more expressive
Nah that was years before, had to declare a total loss. Transmission rebuild would have cost about 1.5 the amount I paid for it.
