we can usually pick one broadband provider in area and multiple mobile networks plus state subsidized restricted wifi at some places (around gov institutions and such)

so internet basically everywhere

sounds comfy

although capital's commieblocks are ridden with wires from all kinds of broadband providers, so theres a choice in there too
