I've been with Optus for the last 7 years
When I signed up I was a minor
As such my number is in my mums name
I try to port out my number to a better carrier
But it's in my mums name
To move it over to my name it's 10 business days wait
Support can't do shit and they took 40 mins to tell me that

I call my new carrier and get my phone up and running with a new number in literally 5 mins
