@Sdeck37 It depends on how much space you have and if there are any zoneing or food regulations that might complicate things.
I've already got farmers in my family so getting the right regulations would be comparably easy for me i hope
Sprouts prefer it colder anyway so heating from lamps if its sufficiently enclosed may be sufficent and it requires suprisingly little electricity for grow lights, even old style sodium types
