@Martin Silva Norinco exported tons of weapons to the US, Canada, and others. You can buy them in gun stores everywhere. They can no longer be imported in the US but there are already an unlimited number of them here.
The Norinco weapons used by cartels are no longer manufactured. There's just so many of them that it doesn't matter. Most of these weapons come from the US.
