It is important that we look at the transfer of the ballot and the process behind which is causing the replacement of the ballot. Those are two important way to find out the irregularity in which we can present in court. It's either the transportation of the ballot and the machine itself. The only way to provide evidence that there is mismanagement with the transferring of ballots is to know where they are coming from and who is giving these ballots and recieving them.
