Texans: "SCOTUS don't need the same lawsuit twice"
Kelly v. Pennsylvania, 20A98 was the same grounds as texas case?
more or less, as far as my layman understanding of law goes
PA lawsuit became redundant
I guess we can HOPE that they dismissed PA suit in favor of taking up Texas suit since texas suit involves MULTIPLE states and PA case only was PA and wasnt enough to undo 270 electoral votes
^^^^^^^^^
Was referring to the US, Russia has become redundant. Sick of this nanny state country. OZ has gone to shit
Confirmed earlier just now saw TEXAS Scotus case added to the SCOTUS docket so that is 100% most likely the reason the PA case was dropped
come to Kansas, nice and quiet, no drama, hell we get excited when a walmart pole is repeatedly ran over or a building catches fire
How are gun rights there?
There's no way I'm staying in a gun grabbing boomer land for the rest of my life
go to the local pit and go blastin, no one cares
if you live rural like my parents you can even shoot squirrels on your own property
Don't you guys have tornadoes? <:what:448311923025510410>
Best part! grab a lawn chair and a beer
Tornadoes would be fun to watch... provided they aren't ripping my home apart
lol
We had a few tornadoes touch down 2 years ago in Ottawa... took out power to almost the whole city for a few days. Things were actually getting dicey because grocery stores and restaurants weren't open. Some places didn't have water. Amazing how quickly people turn when necessities are unavailable
we got national attention when a super tornado took out the nearby city of Joplin MO
that's why the 2A exists <:angry:448312184167202816>
Kansas it is
Got me at 'guns'

Westboro Baptist Church wanted to be dickheads and thank god for the tornadoes, I grabbed my american flag and joined the counter protest, later on obama spoke at the nearby campus, didn't stick around for that
no 2A in Canada (where Ottawa is), sadly
Yeah, speaking for Americans in similar situations who get hit by tornadoes
Also could move to FL if you don't mind the occasional water tornado and hurricane
I'm not sure I'd like the hot weather, I prefer colder areas
Also, my Geography teacher in high school who was in Florida on a trip commented that we Croatians aren't used to the extremely humid air they encountered. They felt like they were choking in it lol. Don't know if it's really like that or the weather just got bad for them
we got hot and cold, anywhere from 10 degrees to 100 degrees farenheit
The Fatherland is Skyrim
Yeah the air is like soup here 80% of the year
yeah I hate hot weather. If i can get 24c or lower all year round, i'd be happy
75 fahrenheit or lower for people living in the past
It gets 90+ with a 100% heat index in the summer
I know I'll probably cause a circus for saying this (especially because I'm European), but... "living in the past" sure is a funny way of saying "went to the Moon"
