The Supreme Court can either rule based on the clear constitutional violations. Or say it's ok to break law & ignore the constitution.

With this case. We are truly at an impasse in history.

If they ignore the violations, that means that every state leader can base their decisions from here on out on ignoring the law & the consequences.

Without reprisal or any way to fight it. Due to the scotus ruling
