So after reading that, the Trump lawsuit is still not being ruled on. Trump's issue with the indefinite confinement is a separate suit filed on Saturday. The opinion supports that, not as strongly since they said it was up to each voter, but if they did so falsely, because they said that COVID does not meet that requirement, then the votes are invalid

Like, I wouldn't use this as my foundation for everything else, but it helps because it specifically says that votes that violate this should be thrown out
