so trump lost the EC vote?
the ceremonial votes yes... alternate electors were sent in the event there are legal wins in the future
they can then ask judges to order those electors to be counted
Watch that on duels
It's hilarious & true
so if the courts are going to keep overturning any VALID evidence Trump brings to court that there was fraud, does he still have a chance?
If Sidney Powell doesnt deliver a real krakken, I'm gonna go Clint Barton on her ass
@Dumbass the Thonk Engine the courts thus far continue to refuse to hear the evidence. So any lib that says "hE's LoSt siXtY cAsEs" - are cases that didn't rule on the merits. The suits were basically refused.
Its a long shot at this point that Trump prevails. The GOP and Scotus have betrayed the people
if trump can't bring it to court to challenge it, what hope does he have getting the ball rolling?
Good Q
they're not letting him take it to fucking court
because those fuckers are rigging the courts against him too
to make sure he doesn't have a fighting chance
because they're all fucking in on operation overthrow trump
because we have squishy republicans everywhere like in PA that let them do stuff like illegal mailin ballots
without putting up a proper fight
They didn't like their little system they had set up being shaken
Of course. They got used to not actually having to work. Trump made them do their fucking jobs, rather than pretend to be General Patton around election then proceed to fuck off and do nothing
so how does trump still have a chance if he can't get any traction anywhere?
he'll have to find evidence of a large conspiracy
libs just keep saying "yeah there was fraud, there always is, but nto enough to change anything"
but that's not useful if he can't get it into court!
I'm hopeful that the 18th will yield some results and when bill barr is ousted we might start to get some arrests.
trump can have all the evidence he wants but if the government is going to block him...
though I'm not holding my breath.
He swore an oath to uphold the constitution so he will not go down without a fight.
they won't let him fight though
that's what i'm saying
He still has martial law as a last resort. So don't think he is out of the fight yet.
Litigation is still on the table as the whole 'SCOTUS throwing the cases out' is massively overplayed and not anything like what they actually did.
People are just dooming because Texas didn't have the proper standing to sue the swing states. Which they didn't. The only thing that needs to be different about the texas case is they need people from within the states (GA,PA,WI,MI) to file the suit
but how exactly will they execute it correctly this time to ensure that happens
I just told you. People from within the the states in question need to file the suits.
For example the voters could
and the legislature have the option too as well.
won't they be surpressed?
I'm not so well versed in who all can/can't file the suits, if you want more info you will probably have to ask Ezhek.
