I already asked my employer months ago if they would require the corona virus vaccine as a condition for employment and I got their official response in writing.
Which is fortunately a solid "no"
I haven't heard anything regarding covid vaccine from my company and I don't think they will even require it. I'm able to work from home with company computer/phone with necessary software and I just need stable internet.
And I'm not from USA or western Europe. Do you think companies in small country in Central Europe will make it mandatory to work there? I don't think so.
Unfortunately my company is proactive about the whole situation, had us switch to working from home. I fully expect they'll at the very least get a couple of nurses to come to work and give everyone the vaccine (which I will dodge and lie to avoid). The big question is will they have some sort of checklist to see who hasn't done is or will they rely on honesty. Will know more with the board meeting tomorrow
I'm actually working from home since spring and was only like 3-4 days at office during the whole time.
