If a Senate and House member, on the 6yh claims that the Electors are invalid and the election is invalid and disputes the results, both houses have to separate and debate and vote on which set of Electors is valid since a few states sent 2 slates. If enough RINOs cuck then the vote just kinda dies and then the EC is counted.

If the houses are at odds and a majority cannot be ascertained, then we are in contingent election territory.

Something kinda similar happened in 1876. The Electoral College votes were split, with some states sending different ones because of fraud claims and such. It got resolved because the government pulled Federal troops out of the South
