Except it is

2020-12-30 20:29:19 UTC

In this case it's just the smoking gun they can't ignore

2020-12-30 20:29:40 UTC

Because they framed it as an issue that can come up during the runoff election

2020-12-30 20:29:50 UTC

So laches doesn't apply standing wise

2020-12-30 20:29:51 UTC

>implying liberals won't find a way to ignore it

2020-12-30 20:30:57 UTC

They can ignore it all they want. This is a direct order from a state committee. It shoots holes in one of Dominions main claims.

2020-12-30 20:31:10 UTC

They will find a way, they always do. The question is, is it big enough that it doesn't matter?

2020-12-30 20:31:38 UTC

Didn't GA ignore a subpeona already before?

2020-12-30 20:31:55 UTC

AZ did

2020-12-30 20:32:01 UTC

Maricopa country

2020-12-30 20:32:21 UTC

Aah. So GA is kinda lukewarm with the law

2020-12-30 20:32:26 UTC

got subpeona'd and just said 'nah, not gonna comply'

2020-12-30 20:32:37 UTC

Exactly a week from now, y'all are marching to DC?

2020-12-30 20:32:45 UTC

'Yeah nah fuck you'

2020-12-30 20:33:25 UTC

I'm looking out for people building guillotines on site

2020-12-30 20:33:58 UTC

And that ignoring of a subpoena isn't going to work well for them

2020-12-30 20:34:06 UTC

So hold on, since when can you just say fuck you to a subpoena?

2020-12-30 20:34:18 UTC

Ask AZ

2020-12-30 20:34:55 UTC

Subpoena'd voting machines and they're like

"Hahahahahanoandfuckyou"

2020-12-30 20:35:50 UTC

The disturbing thing is I don't think anything ever came of it

2020-12-30 20:37:24 UTC

All those people could easily be thrown in prison for contempt of court, and the information could be forcibly taken, but neither thing has happened as far as I know

2020-12-30 20:38:54 UTC

Not only that. But that bit of news is the last thing I've ever heard from AZ

2020-12-30 20:39:00 UTC

And then silence

2020-12-30 20:39:59 UTC

Anyone got footage of the live hack? I been driving in the convertible.

2020-12-30 20:45:47 UTC

I do have news about AZ

2020-12-30 20:48:29 UTC

A judge tossed out, no surprise, the enforcement on standing because they filed to the judge that the state legislature doesn't have implied powers to have judge enforce the subpoena, but that the same judge would allow the state senate to refile citing a different state law that allows for a person authorized to subpoena to ask a judge to enforce it

2020-12-30 20:48:52 UTC

@TheMousez <#778771316777549875> For the hack

2020-12-30 20:49:10 UTC

It's basically a judge trying to prevent the legislature from taking powers they don't actually have.

2020-12-30 20:49:43 UTC

@C4X3 there's no link

2020-12-30 20:52:03 UTC

wdym

2020-12-30 20:53:09 UTC

Oh, all I saw was my name. Not the <#778771316777549875> link

2020-12-30 20:54:27 UTC

oo

2020-12-30 20:55:48 UTC

Will this lead anywhere however?

2020-12-30 20:57:36 UTC

It is the only way for a judge to back a lawsuit that he agrees needs to be made but it was done in the wrong channels.

2020-12-30 21:01:13 UTC

Are you replying to my thing?

2020-12-30 21:11:33 UTC

I already said that, the audit revealed fraud greatly possible but no way to track who committed the fraud via machine.

2020-12-30 21:15:27 UTC

That's why they are auditing Fulton county against their actual registered voters. This is basically the thing we wanted a month ago, but never got. We got fortunate the runoff is happening because that was the vehicle for it.

2020-12-30 21:17:27 UTC

So I have a question about the dueling electors thing.

2020-12-30 21:18:37 UTC

The Electors for Trump in these State's, are they certified, or no? Doomer Tim Pool reported that they're meaningless since they're not certified

2020-12-30 21:22:13 UTC

They're not certified by the Governors. But if the state GOP sent it with the state letter head to the Senate and the Senate Archivist then it's sealed and will be there on the 6th
