With george floyd, the dude resisted arrest (if you watched the body camera footage which i doubt you have) for a long time if it was so racially motivated then how come the man and woman were treated properly the cops asked them to stand up and go up to the wall and they did and they were asked questions no problems. This is one indicator it wasnt racially motivated. The second is that Floyd is constantly resisting and the fact that he is having a total and complete melt down (due to the drugs). So what does race have to do with anything in this situation. You are making the causation correlation fallacy where you see that its injust and hes black therefore its because hes black the injustice was committed. Now he is being brought over to the car, he proceeds to refuse to get in the car multiple times, he then says he wants to be on the ground, so they also need to restain him. He is on a lethal amount of drugs, has resisted multiple times already, and hes a big dude so ofc they need to restain him and they did what he wanted. Now the neck compression did not kill him the first autopsy even said it was due to a heart attack which is caused by drugs.

i mean your source claimed he resisted and mine claimed that he didn't both using the footage. therefore, i think it's fair to default to the court's decision (made by people much more intelligent than you or I). Your source also brings up things i'm not even talking about (like race) and relies on one autopsy over the one that the courts decided to listen to.
