To me there is a chance that Judas is in Heaven seeing as how he greatly regretted his actions and tried to return the silver for Jesus' freedom, and when that didn't work he was so remorseful that he killed himself. So I think there is a chance, no matter how slim, that Judas went to Heaven

I mean, the only requirement to go to Heaven is to believe in the Jesus and accept him as your Savior, but I never saw anywhere in the Bible where it said Jesus did that, which is why I say slim
