Yeah... the fstherlessness issue is also because they join gangs to feed their children then get arrested and leave their children without fathers

I can justify stealing to survive, but we have programs in place that eliminate extreme poverty that cause starvation. Unless you're not willing to cooperate with authorities. Like drug addicts etc.

Money often skips over these communities in that funding goes to landlords, richer families, and even just recirculating into the national treasury (which defeats the entire point)
