imagine a cursed meme file with a meme format except u can replace a single frame with a fill in the blank, where u can IP locate somone and send them a video that shows their location AND breaks teh 4th wall AND makes with some vague and porbably true preidction about them AND freezes their browner with data overload (and then tell them how to get out of teh freeze and tell them its a prank b/c most people will have no idea)
