I want to get back into boxing soon so I'm going to be careful with my knee for now

But where I was going with that is, jump squats help you build strength in your bones (knees, shins, etc)
My right knee is pointing outward so my running form is a little odd and it’s not good for my knee
So I started to do jump squats and your knees will feel much stronger in a month
Sounds silly, but it worked for me
If my knee deals with running more regularly, I can start those
Yeah, great thing is you can jump as hard as you want
