Lots of trash doctors, public healthcare is mediocre, the wait times can be so long its scary

They have such limited police force that they often dont respond to calls. It isnt a dangerous country, but people still need cops

Id rather live in the U.S. with our healthcare issues than live over there

I mean, if you score a decent job in the US, you're pretty much set and don't have to worry. People who can't control their spending habits and live paycheck to paycheck only have themselves to blame, or at least that's how I see it. I'm aware there are exceptions.

I think it's 2 years of training

And I think that would help the US a lot. Have the police be a highly professional, well regulated organization with accountability baked in

I have no problem with the concept of the police, I think some degree of community enforcement is necessary for an effective society

So if we have to have some incarnation of police I'd like them to be super well trained

There should be no such thing as a fat cop in America, and we should definitely have them trained at least for a year, then the dilemma is boot camp is shorter then being a cop

I think firefighters have stricter fitness standards than cops. That is pretty ridiculous, because the more fit and physically capable an officer is in dealing with people, the less likely they will have to resort to greater force.
