I'm mad at your state for not allowing a fucking audit
Aint we all
I'll be very disappointed if nothing significant happens between now and the inauguration
Same đ©
Constitutionally they must in January
Fyi
Not that democrats believe in the constitution anymore
Dual electors have been sent in the swing states pending outcomes of legal battles
Of corse article 3 section 2 of the constitution said SCOTUS must hear ambassador or official related jurisdiction when multiple states are involved and we all know what happened there
I give up on reasoning with the left if they donât respect the constitution, fuck it im with texas. Succeed.
If they don't win the runoff the dueling ejectors are kaput
Electors
I fail to see the logic there
Theyve already been sent
If Republicans don't win runoff democrats have enough majority to override
They wont vote unless there is legal reason to
The only way legislators vote the president is in that neither candidate reaches 270
Article XII
If runoff is lost Trump would pretty much require unanimous support from the Senate to block bidens electors
Evidence is yet to determine the result
(Courts)
I'm not debating if they've been sent
I have a hard time believing courts are going to do anything
I fail to see your point that the run off effects the electoral process
Well me too
But weâll see
Wattch trump do the 1808 thing <:okpepe:779860807831781449>
So if Dems win runoff Trump will require near unanimous Senate support to block bidens electors
Vs not needing the almost unanimous support
Idk, if voter fraud, then fraud not vote
That point still doesnât make sense to me
Maybe that can explain better than I can
Biden is dumbass
article XII states the only way the electors dont decide the 270
It isnt most votes, its either 270 or state delegation per the constitution
The âuncharted territoryâ they are referring to in that article is article XII of the constitution
Who needs votes when your the president
