This guy really hates tesla

2018-05-13 10:29:04 UTC

Tesla isnt a scam per say but I am wary of any claims they make about growth. But that guy is probably just salty and jealous

2018-05-13 10:29:59 UTC

im reminded of a certain scam company

2018-05-13 10:30:02 UTC

juicero

2018-05-13 10:30:25 UTC

(((jui)))cero

2018-05-13 10:30:51 UTC

That was a really dumbass idea that I'm glad is dead.

2018-05-13 10:31:10 UTC

But at the same time I admire the thought that went into it.

2018-05-13 10:31:12 UTC

im just saying alot of silicone valley advocates are really out of their minds

2018-05-13 10:32:18 UTC

They deal in abstraction all day and most genuinely believe everything is a simulation

2018-05-13 10:33:22 UTC

the fact we haven't seen massivly well funded techno terrorist groups is amazing to me.

2018-05-13 10:35:19 UTC

smart "everything"

2018-05-13 10:35:36 UTC

this is why the dumb everything movement is reaching traction

2018-05-13 10:36:19 UTC

You mean normal electronics?

2018-05-13 10:37:54 UTC

no I meant just everything that isnt normal electronics

2018-05-13 10:38:16 UTC

I understand how everything could work so well if everything is connected and optimized but like blockchain it turned into an unwieldy meme that no one running things understood and just added cost to everything while making nothing actually work all that much better

2018-05-13 10:52:09 UTC

"""smart juice""

2018-05-13 10:54:23 UTC

They could have easily fixed distribution problems by making the packets freezedried it a rehydrator like those ones astronauts have

2018-05-13 10:55:05 UTC

still its fucking juicer

2018-05-13 10:55:12 UTC

But no, 'fresh pressed' memes made them choose to make a 600 dollar juicer that squeezed bags of not even fresh fruit

2018-05-13 10:56:00 UTC

I have a kitchenaid food processor from the 90s that can make juice from actual vegetables and fruits and have it take up less space

2018-05-13 10:56:59 UTC

the only juicer that I would buy in the future would be one that produces any drink imaginable

2018-05-13 11:01:04 UTC

even the julavie (juisir) was similar but it was pretty dumb and you just need to source your own fruits and vegetables for the juicer itself since the bags they supply are empty

2018-05-13 11:01:54 UTC

Why have the bags? Is washing three things so difficult?

2018-05-13 11:02:22 UTC

🤷🏿 I guess there could be better juicers

2018-05-13 11:02:58 UTC

I forgot to mention the bags are reusable 5 to 10 times

2018-05-13 11:06:44 UTC

I guess thats about as long as someone is going to use it before getting bored

2018-05-13 11:08:21 UTC

I think the problem here is they trying to copy a really unsustainable model

2018-05-13 11:08:25 UTC

**coffee pods**

2018-05-13 11:08:45 UTC

>covfefe pods
what a meme

2018-05-13 11:09:41 UTC

Coffee pods are non perishable and you can buy reusable ones that aren't much of a hassel to fill with grounds

2018-05-13 11:10:17 UTC

fruit puree is going to go bad in like a month

2018-05-13 11:10:56 UTC

unless there's alot of sugar in it

2018-05-13 11:11:31 UTC

it does not have to be "fruit"

2018-05-13 11:12:32 UTC

That would defeat the point of buying a juicer. Coffee pods make sense if you ignore the amount of waste

2018-05-13 11:15:27 UTC

this is going to end up in a blender vs food processor argument

2018-05-13 11:15:34 UTC

I dont really get food processors tho

2018-05-13 11:18:37 UTC

The attachments make it a juicer, veg strip cutter, veg and meat chopper, and you can make purees much easier with things like garlic and onion for recipies that may call for itm

2018-05-13 11:18:41 UTC

also I realise a typical juicer still leaves waste

2018-05-13 11:18:53 UTC

who needs teeth?

2018-05-13 11:18:56 UTC

Its 2018
