@Deleted User oh man I erased the wrong thing I was talking about IP addresses how to prevent people from coming back if he kept trying unless they've bounced their IP address around which is definitely doable

What I meant was, when a person gets older, and they see their family, especially their descendants from time to time, children are like a 'portal' for the older to be like children again, to let go of the troubles of the world and be like them, to take joy in that.
