great
as far as im aware SA still models the vast bulk of its laws on islamic legal theory
which mostly comes from the hadiths
But they tweak it for modernity sake
It's totally bull though
just like the mass. bay colony modeled most of its laws on the bible
they gave constant scriptural arguments
And I imagine they are more productive as a result
I hail from Vancouver
constitutionalist republicans don't realize their ideology is rooted in liberalism
not all not all not all
but most
There is tons of things that are becoming noticeable. I study economics and have a degree in history with a concentration in the middle east (eff my life, I know), there are scholars arguing that the people inside these countries aren't very religious and still try to adapt modern principles. So in essence, they behave like a secular government but claim to be theocratic.
Didn't realize Canadians couldn't vote, that's crazy lol
no, we can
It's just what happens after voting that makes it so clear that the politicians tell the people what to do as opposed to the other way around.

@Propane Predator do they still execute homosexuals?
yeah they do
lol
precisely why the concept of secularism is completely baffling
What happens when all other sects within a state have strong content against one of the sects within the state?
Do you just say secularism and that's it done deal?
if i understand the question why not just execute or deport all the heretics
i still watching that rudy clip
soooooo wild
they sooo stole this shit
some places more ppl voted then ppl who live there
not just registered voters
the madness
That's essentially what happens though
Think about it
If I as a Christian tell a secularist that secularism is flawed and provide claims A and B for that being the case and refuse to negotiate in fulfilling their demands in society, how long will they call me (insert replacement buzzword for the word *heretic* here)?
And groups don't just execute or deport people, at first
they enslave them
nice
and where would the slave of a secularist government go to?
a prison
Screw fox news, you have to be shitting me
