some of the natives are probably of african descent, the carribean and gulf of mexico Old South part of America tribes bear cultural and biological features to the ancient africans, but many of the northern american tribes look more asiatic and this was well documented and known, they probably came over from Asia through Alaska and Canada to the great plains and Old North.
the africanoid natives by contrast were more encountered by the Spanish whereas the more asiatic looking and culturally of the Old North were encountered moreso by the French and English. Some of the native american tribes may have been african and asiatic mixture as well, like in the southwest or larger native empires like the noable Maya and Aztec which were made of several tribes and in a geographical crossroads
