Yeah, bro. I'm the same way. I cook with the animal's fat. I don't necessarily use vegetable oil unless I have to

nah, meat makes its own juices

and if you grill it

all the nastyness gets cooked off

and its lean and crispy tender meat jerky

all protein

when i had my blood tested before

brother you must have a sixpack with the way you're eating
