well prove widespread fraud or shift illegal votes causing a mass recount and "public opinion" enforcement causing a revote
which would not have enough time which would give the pick to congress which would give it to trump from number of taken stats. If that wasn't even enough then even a recount would be enforced and some head of state would be provision for a while ^^
I don't think it'll ever go that way it'd just be removed from court for taking too long having biden win with 270 and some spares
