Yes, Israel has a history of this in coordination with the US. In the past nuclear scientists have been assassinated the same way and the Stuxnet virus produced by both the US & Israel to shutdown the nuclear reactor.

By international law everyone is entitled to nuclear energy but not a weapons programme. We cannot stop them from that because we’ll have to change international law...so the next best thing is weapons inspectors and monitors. That’s the deal the world agreed to, now we don’t know much about what’s going on.

Not easy to build a nuclear weapons reactor on the internet. They already know how, you should research the nuclear programme a little more. And no extra money was given to Iran as part of the nuclear deal. Most of it was Iranians assets they were unfrozen

I'm not saying it is easy to do but the only thing slowing them down at this point is not having enough weapons-grade plutonium.
