option, sure
Depends on the life style
We might all have drones to zip around in
farmers cant use that shit, ppl who work and stuff
Farming can be automated
Authoritarians want to Force onto others.
Farmers use drones today for many things
humans can be cloned too, should we?
Farm equipment practically drives itself now.
It hardly takes any manpower on most farms.
You could operate a farm from your living room
ur talking megafarms sure, different for the family farm
Or just let AI do it
Homesteads would be a hobby
Not for major production of necessary goods
How is the energy produced that powers EVs.
not in this lifetime
Most things thought of today won’t come to fruition in our life times
That's evasive...
But there will be leaps in manufacturing where one could take a idea straight from their mind to a physical object with 3D printing
Or test it out with AI
Everything is better in the conceptual phase.
@busillis energy production long term would achieve neutrality , plus we will shift back to nuclear anyways
Before 2016 the next youngest reactor is 40 years old.
We will make new ones
We will harness the waves and winds more efficiently
Use geo thermal energy
tidal/wind/solar is the future
and thermal yeah
Solar is still viable
James is not thinking more broadly about resource allocation and war, sadly.
Unless cars become solar, resources are much more limited than petroleum. But if I were Exxon I would definitely be investing in a large team to figure that out before anyone else
theres already war with china and globalism, its just baby steps, frog in the pot long term low intensity war
If California can't deliver power to homes without blackouts and other issues, how will they be able to supply power to automobiles without a serious system upgrade?
This isn't even mentioning the fact that when cars run on electricity it's going to electricity dramatically is more demand will be put on the system.
every home should be self reliant, its silly
Are you smoking crack...
Do you know how many solar cells it takes to charge a Tesla.
