I mean, when a governor says you can't have people in your establishment unless it's outside and there's certain guidelines followed. Then after you meet those guidelines they tell you you can't open. Days later after you spend all that money and time doing that so you can open and get some profits, there's a venue set up right next to you for a production company for films doing some such crap... Obviously it's not about the COVID.. It's about Money!
