Courts with an agenda are biased and can significantly impact outcomes to whomever their values are beholden. I was reading about the smear campaign, defamation and double life plus 40 yr sentencing of Ross Ulbricht. They made false claims in court and the media ran with it and used him as an example much like they have in countless other cases including a 4 yr assault on a sitting American President which has resulted in erosion of our freedoms prior to transition of office. A brutal injustice to our institutions and to people across the political spectrum. Funny how when going through the list of pleads for pardon, there are literally no Democrats, only Libertarians and Republicans. Explains a lot but that case triggers emotions similar to this mafia move for power.
