Uh smartmatic doesnt license code. Dominion machines need a unique code base to operate to their specifications. Not sure who sold you that nonsense.

Also every election machine has to be tested by independent labs and thoroughly vetted by the states using them. Cmon

THEN they prevented MEANINGFUL audits (auditing the same fake ballots that weren't scrubbed for signatures, weren't verified as legally living in the places they were registered and voted AND have blocked the forensic audits of the equipment...
