Haven't spent much time in either place.

Arizona vs. Minnesota, I think that's a pretty easy decision.

i like the food choices and nightlife in the big cities but i'm just getting weary from all the crime

I actually handle the cold better than the heat

Though i think AZ over NC would be better, humidity is the killer

Arizona is pretty mellow. Very spread out. Low crime, especially in the suburbs. They have very active police forces and pretty conservative town councils, generally.

Summers are definitely brutal.

Yea never truly experienced that rainforest heat before, I don't think.

imagine 95 degrees with 95% humidity

But definitely had the digging trenches in the Arizona summer around 115-120 during my construction days, not fun.

Every time I go to Florida it feels like walking through a swimming pool.

and the people down there work in like full pants and polos

i dunno how they can tolerate it

Same I'll take no humidity any day.
