Funding needs to be added to increase the amount of superior officers that can be hired

Because rookie officers in cities for example

purely can not be trained enough

because theres 300 rookie officers

to 20 Superior officers

And they need to get field hours to become an officer and usually they are sent into a heated zone

Or crime zone

Still as a cadet and without enough field hours

In which something awful can occur
