Specialy if "allow device to sleep" is on

2018-07-15 12:06:12 UTC

Some silly software/mallware kicking the connection

2018-07-15 12:06:39 UTC

Many options for the cause tbh

2018-07-15 12:06:59 UTC

load up a lubuntu liveUSB and see if the problem occurs

2018-07-15 13:04:15 UTC

but that was long ago

2018-07-15 13:04:22 UTC

dont quote me on this, but its possible that the keyboard is shorting out and the usb controller is shutting itself off to protect the computer?

2018-07-15 13:05:18 UTC

gonna try update usb drivers first

2018-07-15 13:05:32 UTC

havent updated motherboard drivers in a while

2018-07-15 13:05:46 UTC

2018-07-15 13:09:02 UTC

fuck

2018-07-15 13:10:09 UTC

actually i had something a while ago, where my keyboard would sometimes "crash"

2018-07-15 13:10:18 UTC

and if a key was pressed at the time it would get stuck

2018-07-15 13:10:26 UTC

until i unplugged and reconnected

2018-07-15 13:10:32 UTC

but i dont remember what i did to fix

2018-07-15 13:11:19 UTC

I had a thing with my razer mouse that when I pressed mouse 5 (my push to talk key) my pc would freeze for a second

2018-07-15 13:11:28 UTC

reinstalling drivers helped

2018-07-15 13:12:15 UTC

it was really annoying because I would be playing cs and press it out of muscle memory without even thinking, sometimes mid gunfight

2018-07-15 13:35:54 UTC

my current problem is after deep shutdown the drivers wont find usb3 port until like 3-4 reboots/logouts later

2018-07-15 13:36:27 UTC

one of first motherboards having usb3.0 ports so their shit aint on current massproduction levels

2018-07-15 13:36:57 UTC

mfw my system is stable as shit but there's weird animation lag in certain apps

2018-07-15 13:36:58 UTC
