Many, many times.
I see, I see. So despite me saying "continues", you count it as a separate instance. π
That's great, good to know.
you said it was another instance
Not me
Did I? When?

Ah, I see. You cannot infer that PayPal has multiple numbers to call.
But they do, and I can give you four numbers if you want.
One of which, amusingly, leads to a PayPal support line in the UK.
And if you use that same number in the US, you reach a phone sex hotline. π€
Iβm just bustin ya balls
It's... quite something.
I got scamollaβd out of $450 from PayPal
Company went bankrupt
Did those cunts resolve it?
And everything
Nope
And did the motherfuckers send you on a seemingly endless quest to find the right support agent too?
Great.
I'm filled with hope and joy.
They didnβt do shit

Well, at least I can fall back on Mastercard too, I hope.
Would have to go to New Jersey and sit in a bankruptcy case just to maybe get anything back
Just caulked it up as a loss

I'm getting more and more pissed at this.
All in all I've spent 5 hours or so on the phone just to finally get in touch with this last nerd.
For an $80 purchase.
<@473007453970235402> It's on Ebay and I've used it there before.
So all they had to do was bypass Ebay's amazing security to gain access to the account and shop away.
Yeah, not here.
There's supposed to be some kind of password tied to the card, but that only gets used half the time. <:chink:323022148870602752>
It's amazing.
I thought it was some domestic thing, but that pattern doesn't hold either; it's popped up on international payments, as well as *not* shown up on domestic payments.
Makes me feel all secure and shit.
