I chose republicanism

2020-11-10 16:48:11 UTC

Which is what america does

2020-11-10 16:48:11 UTC

See the thing is that it ultimately depends on the scenario

2020-11-10 16:49:01 UTC

The only bad answer is by public opinion

2020-11-10 16:49:07 UTC

Private Property Laws, with the mindset that the government functions like a corporation yet behaves in only the country’s best interests

2020-11-10 16:49:21 UTC

1950’s America

2020-11-10 16:50:06 UTC

I am not Ancap though and the NAP can’t work

2020-11-10 16:50:27 UTC

@HoboJim The problem is that I would like it that someone has the power to do what needs to be done regardless of what people think about it, like immigration. Trump just needs to do what needs to be done and shut down the border, he should ignore any courts, or what the public says and just do what needs to be done.

2020-11-10 16:51:11 UTC

See that’s what i think republicanism accomplishes

2020-11-10 16:51:12 UTC

Just because the majority want something doesn’t mean its correct

2020-11-10 16:51:17 UTC

Morally or economically

2020-11-10 16:51:21 UTC
2020-11-10 16:51:31 UTC

While still allowing for power of the citizens

2020-11-10 16:51:44 UTC

@HoboJim Well.... it aints does so good right now, our gov is at a stalemate

2020-11-10 16:51:57 UTC

Good

2020-11-10 16:52:14 UTC

Things should stay the same until an overwhelming majority wants some change

2020-11-10 16:52:28 UTC

Of the people for the people or else it is tyranny

2020-11-10 16:52:41 UTC

There should be an inclination to stay the same and preserve tradition but with the possibility for gradual change

2020-11-10 16:52:56 UTC

But change should be difficult

2020-11-10 16:53:10 UTC

@HoboJim Thats not good when we have pressing issues that need to be dealt with but cant because of politics

2020-11-10 16:54:15 UTC

Good

2020-11-10 16:54:32 UTC

Otherwise you’re just rapidly swinging the government back and forth based on popular opinion

2020-11-10 16:54:40 UTC

And whims that can change with the wind

2020-11-10 16:55:03 UTC

Preserve stability

2020-11-10 17:00:17 UTC

@HoboJim What did you pick for the last two?

Decentralization means embracing a set of values

2020-11-10 17:01:06 UTC

Specifically it means moving from the center and gravitating towards those set of values

2020-11-10 17:01:40 UTC

First option on both i think

2020-11-10 17:01:46 UTC

What

2020-11-10 17:02:02 UTC

I thought it meant what you prefer to keep the government out of

2020-11-10 17:02:28 UTC

I legit just got like the opposite fo what I got previously

2020-11-10 17:03:09 UTC

Ok so still centrist with nationalism

2020-11-10 17:03:12 UTC

Why does it put me as a cringe centrist?

2020-11-10 17:03:27 UTC

Because you have views on both sides

2020-11-10 17:03:29 UTC

Not cringe
