A funny story that I encountered on the week of the election. My mother who works as a babysitter works for a middle class white couple taking care of their kids and just doing routine things like taking them to the park and stuff (and teaching them about God because afaik the couple isn’t very religious lmao)

My mother was asked by the mother (of the children my mother babysits) who I was voting for (because I’m 19 so voting age) and she said I was voting for trump (which I did). The white woman gave the predictable response

My mom told me about it and I was laughing a little because the city this woman lives in is like 99% white

And it’s one of the nicest cities in all of the state
