God loves all obviously but the nations were created by God as well and we’re not mandated to ‘show love for all’ by being explicitly egalitarian in anyway other than in worshipping of God and in attempting to show love to other individuals as Christ loves us. That doesn’t dissolve what may come across as ‘racism’ tho Bc we still have generalizations, pattern recognition, and past behavior assessing faculties, not to mention the responsibility of preserving Christian nation states
