and on few prototyping ones

2018-09-25 11:18:46 UTC

eve-specialy tends to honour their fellow active for quite long

2018-09-25 11:18:57 UTC

>rip a55b1ast98
>killed himself in the Great Quintuple Ponzi Scheme Crash of 2012

usualy their favorite fits become whole doctrines

2018-09-25 11:19:09 UTC

sometimes starbases are named after them

2018-09-25 11:19:19 UTC

and others dont attack those as they contain nothing but memories

2018-09-25 11:20:03 UTC

Probably guard it with several thousand in actual money just in case tho.

2018-09-25 11:20:12 UTC

they still fly my friends doctrine bi-monthly after 3 years or so

2018-09-25 11:20:34 UTC

Nothing is scared in space ancap simulator but the flow of credits

2018-09-25 11:21:07 UTC

nah larger coalitions pretty much know not to destroy certain stations

2018-09-25 11:21:16 UTC

or if they do they just are "given" to other coaltition

2018-09-25 11:21:23 UTC

and they upheld its name as legacy

2018-09-25 11:21:54 UTC

its quite interesting world of honour, hate and betrayal

2018-09-25 11:23:05 UTC

some of bros still contact me from time to time to check in and ask how im doing

2018-09-25 11:23:06 UTC

I still dont get eve

2018-09-25 11:23:39 UTC

Like I get it on its surface but I don't get it as a social thing.

2018-09-25 11:24:29 UTC

when you fly/float with certain tight-knit group for long you tend to open up and it becomes family

2018-09-25 11:24:36 UTC

Eve seems interesting

2018-09-25 11:24:46 UTC

same as with milsims

2018-09-25 11:24:49 UTC

Too bad it's p2w

2018-09-25 11:24:55 UTC

their core groups are usualy very "family" like

2018-09-25 11:25:46 UTC

in eve its just super-sized due the amount of players and time invested to set up "home" to certain part of space

2018-09-25 11:26:11 UTC

and when home is under attack people are pinged. some even wake midle of night (if they have time/care/can) to defend shit

2018-09-25 11:26:31 UTC

and larger multi hour/day assaults are usualy planned weeks ahead to fit for everyones timeframe

2018-09-25 11:27:11 UTC

Honestly that seems like too much effort to me

2018-09-25 11:27:48 UTC
2018-09-25 11:28:01 UTC

@foxhunt for many it is

2018-09-25 11:28:04 UTC

>bears are learning to zig AND zag

2018-09-25 11:28:09 UTC

<:pepestressed:327933525124841482>

2018-09-25 11:28:15 UTC

thats why the community is probly so strong

2018-09-25 11:28:24 UTC

as similarily minded people gather on same hobby

2018-09-25 11:29:35 UTC

In my experience most mmos become repetitive after a while. That is why I never stuck with one for long. It just becomes too tedious and subsequently less fun

2018-09-25 11:30:13 UTC

the thing in eve is the community anf after it the pvp and base building

2018-09-25 11:30:34 UTC

risk of pvp anywhere is the thing what keeps most of current gamers in

2018-09-25 11:30:50 UTC

and causes most of the fun and content

2018-09-25 11:32:09 UTC

if you play it as pure PVE - pacifist it can be annoying and boring indeed

2018-09-25 11:32:38 UTC

I guess it just isn't my thing

2018-09-25 11:32:47 UTC

yeah for many it aint

2018-09-25 11:32:56 UTC

i played pretty much from the start

2018-09-25 11:33:08 UTC

on off sometimes even year or two between

2018-09-25 11:33:20 UTC

always enjoyed it tho
