I do 2 hours on my heaviest lifting days and will have a rest on either side of that (either different muscle group or mid-heavy cardio)
I use no mass gainers, I don't even eat a lot though I do take supplements (Bs, zinc, D, Fish oils, calcium). Also always naturally been a 6'2 180+ alpha so gaining mass has never been an issue. Tbh imo getting lost in looksmaxing isn't an ode to aesthetics but a road to self hatred and inaction, so I'd focus on simple strength rather than "looking better". People react on a deeper level to your feats of strength and endurance than which faggot pop icon you look like
IMO, a better use of your time is 1 hour weight room & 1 hour cardio. Cardio should be social, too. Go hiking w the boys or go down boxing club for some drills
Wrestling/jiu jitsu good too but hard to find depending on your area especially with current situation
Wrestling is a little uncommon in catholic countries, I've found. Probably an aversion to homo shit, so catholic countries usually have more boxing than grappling sports

I suppose if you were having trouble putting down the calories you need. Honestly don't know much about them though. I have a friend who went from beanpole to putting on a lot of mass and being fairly built after 12mths. He takes creatine pre and protein post and his diet is pretty varied but hearty, lots of carbs and protein
I don't know a huge amount about nutrition either tbh, just what I've picked up here and there and have noticed a positive change in myself. I naturally tend toward 16hr fast as well so not sure how that plays into things

Spinach is great, I don't really taste it so I just use that instead of lettuce (which I don't taste either)
